Batch 88 Bons Bois, a rare and exceptional Cognac, has been selected by the cellar master to delight the most demanding palates.

This complex, intense single cask offers a majestic experience around notes of candied fruit, botanicals (jasmine, lime blossom, vine flower), cocoa and praline. The nose is complex and gourmand. Notes of undergrowth and mushroom, lime blossom and vine flower meet deliciously. It gradually evolves towards scents of cigar box, candied fruit, cocoa and praline. The palate is intense and lively, unctuous and spicy, combining tones of pepper and candied fruit. Delicate notes of jasmine, vanilla and roasted hazelnuts come through on the finish.
