Concentrated, then carefully diluted, Adriatico 0° preserves the quality of the original taste.
Finally, a pinch of salt straight from the Margherita di Savoia saltworks adds a delicate touch that evokes the nearby Adriatic Sea. With half the sugar content of traditional amaretto, Adriatico 0° offers an authentic and refined alternative.

Nose : Intense and rich, with notes of bitter almond, caramel, tonka bean, pepper, vanilla, and a floral hint of gardenia.

Palate : Silky and syrupy, greedy and fresh at the same time, on toasted almond, frangipane, ripe banana, citrus fruit, cocoa and cherry stone.
Overall : Long and oily, with maraschino cherry, coffee, hazelnut, pine sap, gingerbread, and hints of wood, herbs, and salt.
