Nose : Full-bodied and heady. Highly peppery and lemony, the aromatic palette is simultaneously fruity (pear, pineapple), mentholated and fibrous (sugar cane). On aeration, citrus zest (lemon, grapefruit) adds a pleasantly acidic touch to this very dense olfactory ensemble.

Appearance : Or vert

Palate : Clean and lively. An exact copy of the nose, but the palate is milder and more herbaceous (alfalfa, cut hay). It then becomes more floral, honeyed (lavender), infused (sage, verbena) and progressively more exotic (pineapple).

Overall : Long and full-bodied. Closely linked to the finish, the wine evolves towards more heady, medicinal (balm, bandage) and mineral (slate) tones. Long afterwards, flavours of candied ginger permeate the taste buds, while the empty glass is peppery, fruity (pear) and liquorice.
