"This is the flagship of the European craft movement! The Danes at To Ol City started out as "recipe creators", and have recently become real brewers. They are sleek and trendy, but Hygge above all. In this collaborative brewery, which welcomes the most passionate brewers from all over the world, foreign influences blend splendidly with Danish know-how and savoir faire.

Here's the first beer to come out of the brand new equipment on the latest premises. With this Session IPA brewed with Mosaic hops, the aim is to produce an unexpected and unusual beer, as juicy and fresh as possible, inspired by New England. An undeniable success for a result that seems filled to the brim with tropical fruit, flowers and hops.
