Siren is the face of the new English brewing scene, founded by an Anglo-American duo and voted best new English brewery in 2013. The brewery stands out for the rigor, precision and modesty of the team, who aim to brew for all audiences, playing on a vast register of aromas, flavors, colors and textures.

The result is aromatic beers that are as intriguing as they are exciting, such as Pompelmocello lager, a grapefruit nugget (juice and zest) with an assertive acidity and a hint of lactose. It is also marked by pretty tropical notes (mango, passion), resinous and a slight bitterness provided by Bravo, Ekuanot and Mosaic hops. An unusual touch, thanks to raw hopping, not often used in the Sour Beer style. The result of this revisited style is sparkling, refreshing and exotic. Every sip makes you want to go back for more...
