A lot of things have changed in the 13+ years that PM Spirits has been in existence. However, one thing remains the same: their constant search for exceptional tasting products.

With this drive guiding their every move, they frequently receive messages like "Hey, you should taste this" from friends, producers, importers, etc. This full-strength batch of mezcal is the result of one such message, sent by their colleague Jason Paul Cox of Cinco Sentidos and Alambique Serrano. A powerful, expressive batch distilled from Espadín was available from Rene Parada Barriga, a producer Jason occasionally works with, and he immediately thought this product was made for them.
