This triptych offers a rhythmic exploration of the world of rum, highlighting its process and the influence of time on the development of flavors. Like the notes of a well-orchestrated symphony, each stage in the production of rum (from the ripening of the cane to the distillation of the juice in stills) requires great precision. Time guides the PAPA ROUYO craftsmen through the various phases, from barrel ageing to final blending. Nose : Fresh, with hints of menthol and spice (cinnamon). Pastry aromas of caramel and vanilla rub shoulders with notes of candied fruit. Well-balanced, with lovely woody notes.
Appearance : Doré aux reflets jaune paille.
Palate : Harmony between pastry notes (butter, vanilla) and spicy notes (cinnamon, pepper). Retro-olfaction is predominantly fruity, with notes of orange, coconut and wood.
Overall : Long on the palate, with a captivating aromatic bouquet.
