Single Malt Tsunuki 2024 is produced at the Mars Tsunuki Distillery, located in a green mountain southwest of the Satsuma Peninsula, blessed with a basin-like climate with temperature differences and high-quality spring water from Mt. Kurata. 2024 Edition is a single malt whiskey recently released, vatted with malt whisky aged in various casks, mainly bourbon and sherry casks.
Already 7 years have passed since the Tsunuki Distillery was built. Mars seek the direction of the future by paying attention to the maturing process of malt whisky, to make the best quality of single malt Japanese whisky. The pot still of Tsunuki Distillery is designed on the label.

Nose : A rich and complex nose featuring gourmet butter and tart cake, layered with strawberry jam and a touch of orangette. Subtle notes of leather add depth, creating a multi-layered bouquet with sweet, compote-like fruit aromas.

Palate : The palate opens with rich sweetness, highlighted by bitter chocolate and creamy cheesecake. As the flavors evolve, blackberry emerges, adding a juicy freshness that balances the richness, giving the taste a complex, three-dimensional quality.

Overall : The finish is sweet and rich, dominated by barley. It lingers pleasantly, with a thick, satisfying aftertaste that extends the experience.
