The nose of this Invergordon aged no less than 35 years reveals aromas of toasted oak, apple and melon, with a fresh note of menthol. There's some honeyed depth and cinnamon spice. The palate is beautifully full, with notes of bourbon barrel, buttered vanilla and crème de caramel. The palate is graceful and persistent.
