COGNAC FERRAND Le Renegade

Over the centuries, ten generations of the Ferrand family have dedicated their lives to experimenting and crafting exceptional cognacs. Today, Maison Ferrand honors this legacy by combining historical research and creative vision with the release of Le Renegade.
This edition revives forgotten techniques that helped shape the history of cognac: in the past, certain cognacs “landed early” were exported to age in different, very humid environments, such as the banks of the Thames in London.
Inspired by this technique, Maison Ferrand took a Ferrand Premier Cru Grande Champagne cognac aged for several years in their French cellars to Barbados, to benefit from a second stage of maturation in extremely humid cellars near the Caribbean Sea. Renegade is an elegant, expressive cognac that develops additional depth after its stay abroad.
