10 Générations Port Cask is a Grande Champagne cognac made from a single grape variety, ugni blanc. Rich and smooth, it presents a creamy texture and pastry notes. This unique cognac is distilled with the lees in copper stills. This process gives it a richer aromatic palette and adds a beautiful complexity to the floral and fruity aromas from the grape. The juice is then double aged: first in French oak barrels, followed by a second aging in port wine barrels. This double maturation lends this cognac notes of vanilla, honey and cinnamon.
