CHRISTIAN DROUIN Calle 23 Angels

Christian Drouin's Experimental "Calle 23 Angels" is a blend of Pays d'Auge Calvados from different Calle 23 Tequila finishing barrels for periods of 4 to 13 months. Prior to the last passages in Calle 23 casks, this calvados had been aged in red calvados casks for 10 years. On the nose, powerful aromas of walnut, olive and truffle dominate, before giving way to notes of white chocolate and stewed apples. The mouth is full and powerful. The finish has aromas of grilled almonds. A powerful marriage between agave and apple for a calvados of great character.
