The 100% French IPA from the brasseurs de l'Être, brewed with local malts and Alsatian hops, takes its name from Tolkien's literary work. In the image of the fantastic pachyderm, Oliphant is a powerful, full-bodied beer, heavily hopped and lightly honeyed. This French-style IPA has a golden blond colour and a malty, resinous nose reminiscent of gingerbread and cypress. Round and honeyed on the palate, it gradually opens up to a fruity touch (quince, mirabelle plum, yuzu). The finish is bitter, dry and exotic (mango).
