BLACK GATE 3 ans Port Wine Cask TBYWC

Second batch made with Black Gate, an Australian distillery. This expression is from a "solera style" vatting of casks, all of which were ex-port. A minimum age of three years, although much of the liquid is older.
That Boutique-Y Whisky Company is instantly recognizable by its comic-strip style labels, full of details and humorous references. The design may seem eccentric, but the selection is very careful and often quite surprising.
