Nose : Ethereal, extroverted. Revealing fragrances of pineapple, rice powder, ripe apple and bourbon vanilla, the nose is packed with personality. Allowed to breathe, aromas of dark chocolate, candied ginger and fresh walnut bring the aroma palette even more depth.

Appearance : Jaune doré soutenu.

Palate : Svelte, lively. Cereal and yeasty notes find perfect balance with rustic (dandelion) and rooty (gentian) flavours. Next, the bitter and chocolatey palate becomes spicy (star anise, curry) and eventually honeyed (lavender, acacia).

Overall : Long, warm. Like a Normandy apple tart, the finish begins like a delicious sweet treat. The balsamic after-taste (lime blossom, pine) then leaps enthusiastically into exotic (banana, kaffir lime) and infused (verbena, sage) lands.
