CARONI PARADISE
For the New Vibrations catalogue, the Caroni Paradise collection has been enriched by two new expressions drawn from stocks discovered in 2004 on the Caribbean island by Luca Gargano, CEO of the Italian house Velier. Following on from the remarkable versions #1 and #2 released last year, Caroni Paradise #3 and #4 add to this already legendary series, superbly illustrated by the works of Trinidadian artist Che Lovelace.
These 1994 and 1996 vintages are a vibrant tribute to the legendary distillery, undoubtedly one of the most coveted by rum lovers the world over.
Initially aged for fourteen years in Trinidad and Tobago, then shipped to Guyana in 2008 by Demerara Distillers, this 'Heavy Trinidad' version, Paradise #3, has continued its maturation in dame-jeanne from 2019 in the Cognac region. Resplendent with complexity and depth, its range of aromas and flavours captures the empyreumatic character that gives Caroni its extraordinary personality.
Behind its "Heavy Caroni" character, this Paradise #4 has been aged until 2019 in Trinidad & Tobago and then in dame-jeanne in Cognac until bottling. A succession of abundantly fruity and nobly woody sequences, its aromatic palette is exceptionally complex.

This ballot is only accessible to whisky.fr customers who have at least 2 orders (shipped) over the last 12 months and who have subscribed to the whisky.fr newsletter.
Limited to 1 entry per person. Multiple entries will be disregarded. Only entries from eligible customers will be considered.
One participant drawn at random wins the chance to buy just one of the two randomly-assigned bottles.
The winners will be designated by a bailiff.
All participants will be informed of the results on December, 21th 2023.
