Nose : Balanced and subtle nose between aniseed, floral and vegetal notes.

Appearance : Sans couleur dite « blanche », en produit pur ; notre absinthe se trouble légèrement une fois allongée d’eau.

Palate : A typical aniseed attack of green anise and fennel, then floral notes characteristic of grand wormwood. The whole is rounded by vegetal and spicy notes brought by petite wormwood, lemon balm, hyssop... The bitterness is very light. <br>Refreshing and powerful in taste!
