Single malt from the West Cork distillery, this version of the Glengarriff's range has been aged in cask having previously hold peated whisky. Bottled at 43 % ABV, this peat charred cask version has harmoniously integrated the peat. The result is a complex whisky marked by tiger balm aromas, essential oils and spices. A slight edge of anise and fresh grass are also noticeable. All the ingredients have been gathered to re-discover the marriage of whiskey and peat.
