RENEGADE All Island Cuvée Nova

The distillery's first major bottling, All-Island Cuvée Nova, is the grand blend of Renegade.
This rum is based on the Cuvée philosophy dear to Mark Reynier. Based on the principle that each origin will develop a unique profile linked to its terroir, this Cuvée synthesizes and blends the best of Grenada.
The sugar cane is harvested individually - farm by farm and field by field on the eastern and southern sides of the island. This multitude of profiles, interacting with all of Grenada's different terroirs, come together after ageing so that each can contribute its own note to the final score, creating the most accurate, complex and generous pure cane juice rum possible.
A blend of cane varieties and terroir, All-Island Cuvée Nova is also a blend of distillates from both pot stills and column stills, aged on the island in French and American oak barrels.
Renegade All Island Cuvée Nova, reduced to 46%, reveals a fruity, toasty, woody nose. On the palate, the rum expresses aromas of spices, maple syrup and white fruits, giving way to a smooth, silky finish.
