Nose : Cooked brown sugar with hints of cooked fruit#P,& woody spices and light smoke. Whisky notes.
Appearance : Ambré, Acajou
Palate : Notes of caramel and sugar cane honey, followed by apricot, dried fruit, caramelised almonds and a little dark chocolate. <br>Notes of malted barley and a damp, burnt wood and smoky taste, reminiscent of a fire that has just been extinguished.
Overall : The finish is long and dry, with notes of black pepper.
