After launching the world's first whisky made from barley grown biodynamically in Ireland in 2021, this year Mark Reynier presents Biodynamic Cuvée Luna. The result of blending the harvests produced by 3 non-conformist and iconoclastic farmers, pioneers of biodynamic farming who have made the distillery such a success - Trevor Harris of Cooltrim Farm, Alan Mooney of Portgloriam Farm and John McDonnell of Shalvanstown Farm - Biodynamic Cuvée Luna is distinguished by its intense natural barley flavors, offering depth, richness and authentic flavor to this unique cuvée. Nose : Green apple, hay, malted biscuits, white pepper, peaches, barnyard, cherry tomatoes, dry soil, light herbal tea, breadcrust, birch.

Palate : Pepper spice, dry, breakfast cereals, chewable, lemon crud, pesto, green peppers, porridge with cream, malted biscuits, herbal tea, grapefruit.
