Vilanova Gost is the most gourmet whisky in the range.

A non-chill-filtered single malt, it is matured in ex-bourbon casks and then in new crocodile-charred American oak casks.

The influence of American oak is very pronounced, with beautiful notes of vanilla and sweet spices, complementing a fruity, pastry-like character of great accuracy.

Vilanova Gost is a very pleasant, well-balanced whisky, combining classicism with the uniqueness of the Occitan terroir. A real success!

Nose : Rich and sweet.<br>Typical dessert aromas such as applesauce or baked pears, enhanced by a hint of vanilla, are followed by notes of honey, coffee, caramel, cinnamon and even drier fruits.

Palate : Sweet and spicy.<br>Suave on the palate, the fruity, pastry-like character of the nose is enhanced by beautiful woody and banana notes, as well as a touch of fine saltiness.

Overall : Indulgent.<br>Ever more pastry-like, the palate continues on spices, with a welcome return of vanilla notes.
