Nose : voluptuous, oily. From essential oils to heady flowers and from fresh fruits to chocolatey notes, the initial nose explores a wide range of olfactory regions. Candied citrus fruit (orange, tangerine), spices (cardamom, cloves) and scents of geranium gradually take on the starring roles. Then, a refined woody note progressively floods the aromatic palette, lending a very pleasant sweet sensation in an almost caramelised effect.

Palate : unctuous, balanced. The attack is a dazzling ode to sugar cane. Fibrous, it also boasts vanilla-scented and lemon-inspired facets. The midpalate takes on exotic notes (pineapple, mango). Luxurious, it lingers with notes of infused plants (chamomile, tea). Dark chocolate punctuates the palate before ultimately taking control.

Overall : mellow, creamy. Transports us to a range of pastries, tickling our tastebuds with hints of mocha, various flavours of éclair, millefeuilles and other delights. It finally settles on a millefeuille with a rich yet airy texture. The retro-nasal olfaction is spiced (saffron, coriander, ginger) and roasted. The empty glass is assertively exotic (pineapple, persimmon) and has a delicate woodiness (oak).
