Finglassie is a peated Single Malt Scotch Whisky produced at the Inchdairnie distillery, located in the east of Scotland in the Fife region of the Lowlands. This single malt was aged for 5 years in bourbon casks that had previously contained Islay whisky, before being transferred to butts of oloroso sherry for a finish of over 6 months. A version bottled in September 2022 at 46%, without chill filtration or colouring.

        Beau flacon mais son contenu n'a rien à lui envier. En effet ce whisky que je viens de découvrir correspond tout à fait aux critères mis en valeur pat LMDW dans sa description. Ce whisky est parfaitement rond en bouche, subtilement tourbé et parfumé. Belle découverte que je recommande.
