The first aged version (18 months) of Renegade, this rum is made from the Lacalome Red sugar cane variety, harvested on several plots belonging to the Dunfermline farm, located in the mountains of Saint Andrew in the north-east of the island of Grenada. Distilled in pot stills, it reveals distillate notes of rare intensity and great complexity. However, interspersed with fine caramel (toffee), vanilla and chocolate tones, its aromatic and taste palette evolves towards increasingly mature registers.
