Nose : fine, precise. Initially, the aromatic palette is a succession of fruity (kiwi, raspberry, pear, pineapple), honeyed, spicy (cinnamon) and smoky (peated malt) sequences. With aeration, it evolves towards more herbaceous (alfalfa, pine), infused (green tea, black tea) and mentholated notes.

Appearance : or vert.

Palate : ample, invigorating. Fruity (kiwi, peach, lemon) and balsamic (pine), the palate is particularly mineral (chalk). Saline and salivating, it becomes increasingly malty (barley grain) and deliciously gourmand (raisin bread, brioche).

Overall : long, heady. The finish is juicy and refreshing (melon, pineapple). Flavors of vanilla and salted butter toffee follow, giving it plenty of creaminess. Over time, a magnificent herbaceous (green barley) and licorice bitterness gently coats the taste buds.
