Nose : The additional maturation has softened the spirit and vanilla and butterscotch shine through. The salty, briny character has softened and faded into the background.

Palate : This is fully mature and the combination of the cask influences and the Kilchoman characteristics have combined to give a wonderful balance between spices and sweetness.
