Takumi's GOLD box contains 3 vintage sakes: 1984 Iwanoi, 2009 Maboroshi No Taki, 2010 Tatsuriki. 3 sakes from 3 different houses, allowing a rich and diversified aromatic palette. Tatsuriki sake is made with 100% Shinriki rice and through a special maturation process. The sake is rich and reveals gourmet aromas similar to those of figs. Maboroshi No Taki sake is an aged Ginjo-shu, revealing refreshingly rich aromas of butter, banana and a nutty finish. Iwanoi sake has been aged for a long time. When poured into a wine glass, a beautiful golden color can be seen. It is characterized by its freshness, Japanese citrus flavors and aromatic herbs. A rare sake with bright acidity and mineral taste.
