ISLAY 31 ans 1992 Bourbon Barrel #6778 Signatory Vintage

Although this bottling is not officially claimed by the Pitlochry bottler, we can deduce some very interesting facts about its provenance. Bottled under the name Islay (LA), it seems fairly obvious that the distillery in question is one of the three on the south coast of the island whose emblem has long been a white horse.
This Islay(LA) was distilled in 1992 and then aged for 31 years in bourbon casks before being bottled at 51.7%. This Islay single malt has a long, smoky profile with iodine, leather and pepper aromas.
