HESPEBAY Flat Earth Society BIO Unitaire

Flat Earth Society is a West Coast style India Pale Ale (IPA) brewed with 100% organically grown ingredients. The West Coast IPA style corresponds to the first IPAs with a frank, resinous, citrus bitterness reinvented by breweries on the American West Coast.

It is often contrasted with the more recent East Coast IPAs, which are more fruit-forward and much less bitter. Here, the focus is on bitterness, with Centennial hops, an American icon from the Yakima Valley. A hint of wheat, added to the malted barley, adds a lemony touch to the beer's bitter (grapefruit), round (caramel) and resinous notes. Structured, long and bitter, it is worthy of the most ardent fans of the original style.
