HEIGHT OF ARROWS Gin

Height of Arrows is a gin inspired by the approach of the Holyrood whiskey project. Deliberately using a limited number of carefully selected botanicals, Height of Arrows features juniper berries with a very fresh and vegetal gin, marked by beautiful spicy and herbal notes, balanced by delicate citrus flavors. But this gin surprises above all with its creamy texture, resulting from the use of beeswax and salt, in particular, which coats the palate like a whisky. It can also be enjoyed both neat and in a cocktail. A great discovery!
