Nose : powerful, uncompromising, dominated by sherry casks. Notes of rancio, walnut, honey and coffee. Develops with fruit, quince and stewed apples. A hint of the exotic. Gingerbread-like, it becomes more gourmand with fruitcake, chocolate and almond milk.

Palate : tannic, enveloped in dark chocolate. With spice. Sesame oil. Returns to fruit and catechu, liquorice.

Overall : develops with green malt. Fresh.
