Nose : Powerful, uncompromising, dominated by sherry cask. Notes of rancio, walnut, honey and coffee. Develops on fruit, quince and baked apple. A hint of the exotic. Gingerbread, it becomes more gourmand with fruit cake, chocolate and almond milk.
Appearance : Une teinte ambrée riche, entre le rouge et l’or.
Palate : Tannic, coated in dark chocolate. Spicy. Sesame oil. Return to fruit and cachou, licorice.
