FETTERCAIRN 27 ans 1995 Edition No.75 Whisky Sponge Decadent Drinks

A single refill hogshead of 1995 Fettercairn, bottled at natural cask strength. Very peppery, slightly medicinal and with lots of dried flowers and dried herbs. Very bready and rich in style with a mouthcoating fatness to it. Takes water extremely well, a very fun one to do blind with friends.

Decadent Drinks is an independent bottler of whisky and other fine spirits. Angus MacRaild - also author of the WhiskySponge blog - is the founder. His philosophy is quality, fun and not taking life too seriously. This quirky side can be seen both in his blog and on the labels of his bottlings with this sponge character in a wide variety of styles.
