Nose : ample, powerful. Subtle salted caramel notes punctuated by black fruits (blackcurrant, blackberry, blueberry) fully infuse the initial nose. It evolves onto aromatic plants (verbena, linden), spices (cinnamon, nutmeg), dark chocolate and candied fruit (apricot, peach). An intense fresh sensation is produced by the citrus fruits (lime, grapefruit).

Palate : lively, dynamic. The stronger alcohol content gives it a sense of verticality. Extremely refined, it begins by offering chillies (paprika) and heady flowers (rose, lily). The mid-palate is softened by Bourbon vanilla and toffee. Over time it becomes increasingly more exotic (mango, kaki).

Overall : long, elegant. It has an indulgent fruity personality that evokes marmalade, apricot flan and strawberry tart. Its balsamic traits (oak, eucalyptus) open onto cocoa beans and fresh tobacco. The retro-olfaction is infused with ash and slightly burnt tones. The empty glass abounds in black and exotic fruits.
