This Edradour has matured for 21 years in Sherry wine casks before being bottled at its natural strength. With a beautiful coppery color, this single malt has a rounded and fruity profile where the influence of Sherry (chocolate, honey, and white pepper) blends brilliantly with the fruity and cereal notes unique to this distillery. The Edradour distillery is primarily known for the distinctive style of its single malt, which is exported worldwide. Andrew Symington, the distillery owner, has ventured into increasingly unique specific finishes (Burgundy, Chardonnay, Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Madeira, Moscatel, Port, Sassicaia, Tokaji, etc), allowing for a renewal of the distillery's style.
