EDRADOUR 12 ans Sauternes Cask

This Edradour was aged for 12 years in Sauternes casks before being bottled at its natural strength. This single malt has a round, fruity profile, where the influence of Sauternes (honey, candied fruit) blends brilliantly with the fruity, cereal notes typical of this distillery.
The Edradour distillery is renowned above all for the singular style of its single malt, which is exported all over the world. Andrew Symington, the distillery's owner, has embarked on a series of specific refinements, each more original than the last (Burgundy, Chardonnay, Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Madeira, Moscatel, Port, Sassicaia, Tokaji, etc.), enabling the distillery to renew its style.
