This cuvée has been matured twice. First matured in Cognac casks, it was then placed in 'Feuillettes', the same 'Feuillettes' that initially housed the second batch, the mirror expression of this exploration of the effects of the plot, which comes from the 'Vulson' climate at the Hautes Glaces farm.
In this way, R18P23 confirms the taste of terroir and the subtlety of climatic influences on our whiskies.
