Nose : The nose has (surprisingly) the elegance of a very old malt: wax, spices, pastry flavours, roasted hazelnut, candied fruits. It is carried by a nice freshness: a light acidity that evokes pie bottoms - rhubarb, mirabelle plum, apricot, iodine and airy sea spray.

Palate : The entry in mouth is extremely comfortable. The liquid glides over the palate to delicately occupy the entire ENT sphere. The atmosphere is greedy, almost guilty: baked apples, salted butter caramel, ice cream, macadamia nuts

Overall : These flavours make you salivate and allow you to discover a carnival of spices, liquorice and cocoa over the length. Despite the persistence of sweet notes, the back of the glass reminds us of the origins: a waltz of cereals in spring, daffodils in flower, a bouquet of lilacs.
