CROFTENGEA 6 ans 2017 1st Fill Bourbon Cask Hidden Spirit

2023 marks the 10th anniversary of the transalpine bottler, and to celebrate, Hidden Spirit is releasing a series of 4 new bottlings. This selection comes from the bottler's own cellars, where the care taken in selecting the casks enables them to create products of undeniable complexity and charm.

This bottling is a Croftengea distilled in 2017. It was aged for 6 years in bourbon casks before being bottled at 50.40%. This whisky, produced by the Loch Lomond distillery in the Highlands, has a fresh, lively profile, with aromas of peat, honey and sweet spices.

Hidden Spirits is a house founded in 2013 in Italy whose mission is to discover and select the finest casks of Single Malt Scotch Whisky and Rum to create unforgettable, limited edition independent bottlings. The spirit of its owner, Andrea Ferrari, is reflected in each of its selections.
