Nose : Frank and voluptuous. Enveloped in malted barley and chocolate, the first nose reveals exquisite, juicy fruit (apricot, peach, lime). Allowed to breathe, autumnal fragrances of dried fruit and nuts are revealed (raisin, walnut) alongside Russia leather.

Appearance : Or profond.

Palate : Direct, invigorating. The slender and gracious attack becomes rich (hazelnut) and mineral (chalk). The smooth mid-palate is marked by exoticism (lime, papaya). The aroma palette then develops spicy (pepper, clove), salty and animal (prime rib beef) sequences.

Overall : Ethereal, well-bound. The start of the finish is waxy, malty and mineral (slate). Like the palate, the after-taste adds its take on exoticism (mango compote) and salinity. At the end of the finish, this mouth-watering sequence develops sweet notes of cranberries.
