Nose : Refined, deep. On the first nose, outstanding notes of ripe apple rise from the glass. Allowed to breathe, these are coated in a fine layer of wax. Spices then enter into action (pepper, clove), before the aroma palette lingers on notes of white florals and candied fruit (lemon, orange, banana).

Palate : Lively, dynamic. The hot attack (Cayenne pepper) opens with notes of almond milk and freshly pressed, juicy apple. More herbaceous (meadow, lucerne), the mid-palate takes us deep into an orchard. Flowering apple tree flavours fragrance the palate.

Overall : Long, creamy. The vanilla start of the finish offers mouth-watering pieces of crisp apple and a delicious cinnamon-sprinkled apple tart. The after-taste is coated in a fine layer of liquorice. At the very end of the finish, nutty notes (walnut, hazelnut) add an autumnal feel.
