BREVANS
The absinthes in the Brevans range pay tribute to Jacques de Brevans, a chemist at the Municipal Laboratory of Paris at the end of the 19th century and author of the French manual, ‘The Manufacture of Liquors’. Writing at the same time as other chemists such as P. Duplais and J. Fritsch, Brevans’ aim was to pass on his knowledge of the art of distillation and other techniques to a wider public.
