SAINTE CRU Cherry Mécanique Unitaire

Like its big sister Orange Mécanique, Cherry Mécanique is a Belgian-inspired beer. Its malty character is rounded out by candy sugar, and the choice of Belgian yeasts offers spicy, fruity notes. The distinctive touch of this Belgian Ale is the addition of cherry juice during fermentation. Highly aromatic, this juice is also tart and refreshing. It balances the roundness of the malts and candied sugars, for a fruity, gourmet result without the usual sweetness of fruit beers.
