Endowed with Kavalan's characteristic fruity sweetness, the Distillery Select No. 1 has been aged in qualitative casks, mainly sherry, to reveal rich pastry notes of chocolate, butterscotch and vanilla that intensify in a long, full-bodied finish.
Enjoyed in cocktails, this single malt also offers an extremely delightful experience on ice.

Nose : Elegant and sweet. Fruits with yellow flesh and caramel.

Appearance : Ambre foncé.

Palate : Creamy and soft. Caramel, apple, pear and vanilla.

Overall : Long and full-bodied. Slightly spicy.
