Palate : Powerful, lively. On the attack, the same oily peat permeates the palate, filled with mineral salts and marine plants. The acrid yet heady flavours of Havana cigar then take over the flavour palette, gradually covering it in intense smoke and ash.

Overall : Long, rich. Chocolate and vanilla notes rival each other in intensity. Peat takes control of the infinitely smooth palette of flavours. Candied pear and heady florals (mimosa, nasturtium) appear alongside especially crisp malted flavours in the after-taste.
