Les spiritueux de la Distillerie de Strasbourg sont fabriqués à base de matières premières biologiques. Leurs fournisseurs sont, dans la mesure du possible, choisis localement et sans intermédiaire, pour favoriser le circuit court et réduire leur empreinte carbone. Créée par 4 Strasbourgeois, amoureux de leur ville et souhaitant créer une distillerie urbaine. Deux gins, une vodka, et un esprit de malt ont déjà été élaborés dans l’atelier de cette micro-distillerie mais les idées, l’imagination et les essais de nouvelles boissons toujours plus goûteuses fusent.
