Nose : Regressive and spicy. Melt-in-the-mouth chocolate cake with cloves and cardamom
Palate : Woody and fruity. On the palate, notes of stewed fruit, plum jam, redcurrant jelly and ripe cherry. Woody notes complete the picture.
Overall : Long and rich. Caramel, toasted oak, raisins, honey and brown sugar.
