WEST CORK Calvados Cask Finished

A new range launched in Spring 2020, the Cask Collection illustrates the creativity of the West Cork distillery. Produced in small batches, these Single Malts made from 100% Irish malted barley are triple distilled and then aged in first-fill bourbon casks. Each is then matured in a spirits or fortified wine cask for several months and therefore has a unique character and a 100% natural colour. For each Single Malt, the House from which the casks originate is specified in the greatest transparency on the label. For this Calvados Cask Finished, the influence of the casks from the Normandy Garnier distillery is very clear, with a very fruity Single Malt, enhanced by expressive notes of almonds and malt.
