COGNAC FRANCOIS VOYER Hors d'Age

Made from some of the oldest eaux-de-vie from the house's cellars, this cognac is a true expression of the richness of this corner of paradise for eaux-de-vie that is Grande Champagne, Premier Cru du Cognac. François Voyer Hors d'Age is a blend of eaux-de-vie aged between 40 and 60 years, distilled on the lees and aged in medium toast new Limousin oak casks for 3 years, then in old casks in a damp cellar. The reduction to distilled water was carried out gradually (reducing the degree by natural evaporation) in order to achieve maximum finesse and complexity. The cut base is reused for each blend and supplemented with vintages of equivalent quality.
